Skilled Refugee Pilot welcomes new Scotland arrivals
In April, we were delighted to be able to share the news that skilled professionals from displaced backgrounds and their families have started to arrive in Scotland this year as part of the Displaced Talent Pilot, which connects refugees with employers in safe countries who are looking to fill positions across a range of sectors.
The first-of-its-kind pilot was jointly developed by Talent Beyond Boundaries and Fragomen, with support from the Home Office and the Scottish Government, to provide a new mobility pathway for both employers looking for talent in the UK and skilled refugees who are looking to rebuild their lives and have the necessary professional experience to join the country’s workforce.
