Welcome from CEO Mark Bustard

I am delighted to welcome GyreOx, Sutherland's of Portsoy, Sustainable Thinking Scotland, IndiNature, Better Origins, and BAM Ritchies as the newest members to join the IBioIC community this quarter.

IBioIC’s annual conference will return next year in June 2022 in a face-to-face capacity, which I hope will come as incredibly welcome news to the network. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback through our survey on the proposed options for next year. We know that networking remains high on the priority list, and we are excited to make this happen for you all – restrictions permitting of course.

September marks the start of the academic year and with this in mind, I would like to wish the best of luck to all the IBioIC students who are with returning to or starting their courses in industrial biotechnology this year.

Best wishes,

Mark
